The London Perudo Championship heats took place at Hamleys, Regent Street last night where many keen Perudo fans turned up to compete for a place in the final which is being held in October. Out of all players’ present husband and wife duo Kane and Siobhan Planken battled and bluffed their way through to the very end beating all competition. Kane and Siobhan will now be two very strong opponents for last year’s winner and host former Blue Peter presenter Konnie Huq who hopes to retain her title at this year’s finals which are being held on the 27th October at the Groucho Club. Paul Lamond Games Managing Director, Richard Pain commented “The regional heats were great fun as usual but most unusual for a married couple to both be quite so good at lying and bluffing…but then again?”
